Memory Lifecycle

1. The full .uai/ suite is active startup memory; .uai/startup-packet.uai defines the read order.
2. File handoff enters agent-file-handoff/Content or agent-file-handoff/Improvement.
3. Reviewed durable strategy is dogfooded into private workspace memory once relational storage is verified.
4. Current messages are read through /api/matm/current-message and acknowledged through /api/matm/notifications/ack.
5. Production database persistence requires the live MySQL/MariaDB backend to connect and pass protected workflow verification.
